Item quod scribatur Potestati Pistorii quod non gravet Gabbriellem(1) ... de Pistorio pro gabella unius parii bobum sive vaccarum quos dicitur ipsum habere et locavisse ad giogaticum cuidam Antonio Balduccii(2) de Gello Potestarie Ripefratte, quia omnino negat habere; et quod scribatur Potestati Ripefratte cuius Gabbriellis sunt dicti boves sive vacce, quia partita dicit quod sunt Gabbriellis de Pistorio et non dicit aliud et in Pistorio sunt plures qui vocantur Gabbriel etc.
