Item intellecto qualiter Andreas Guiglielmi de Pazis(1) gravatus fuit tamquam bonorum possessor filiorum et heredum(2) Poldi de Pazis pro debitis ad que dicte Opere tenentur pro gratiis prestantiarum positarum super presenti distributione ventine, et qualiter ipse Andreas dicta bona emit ante dictam(3) factam distributionem, et propterea ad solutionem ipse Andreas minime tenetur, deliberaverunt quod dictus Andreas non gravetur de cetero personaliter vel in bonis, cum dicta bona que possidet emerit die octavo mensis agusti MCCCC decimo, ut constat(4) manu ser Antonii Niccolai ser Perozi notarii florentini.
