Item quod scribatur Potestati Laterini quod sequestret granum, bladum, vinum et alias collectas que essent et seu fuissent super bonis abbatie Sancte Trinitatis de Alpibus Pontis Nani pro florenis octo auri quos dicta abbatia solvere debet Operi pro novis gabellis, et quod facta sequestratione vendi faciat dictam recollectam et mictat denarios Operi; et pro suo diricto et omni et toto eo quod fecerit in predictis possit accipere libram unam et soldos quinque f.p. et non ultra.
