Item quod scribatur Potestati Sancti Gemineani quod non gravet Finum Gemineani pro gabella bonorum Sancti Martini a Larniano, licet tenuerit eius bona ad affictum, quia ut dicit solvit pro dicto affictu, sed gravet bona dicte ecclesie et eorum bonorum ad presens detemptores et possessores;(1) et restituatur dicto Fino pignus etc.
